Both the tag and matching email are required — nobody else can view your order.

Where is my order tag?

It is generated the second your order is confirmed and sent to the email you used at checkout, alongside a direct tracking link. Parts ship from our fulfilment partners, so a carrier and tracking number appear on this page as soon as the parcel is collected.
